Responsibilities


The Planning Commission provides the Board of Commissioners with a broad range of support on planning and development issues. They hear and review applications for map amendment requests, changes in conditions, and zoning requests. Upon holding the public hearings on these matters they make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on the disposition of the requests, as it relates to the development of the Community.
